Is my FTP account safe and secure?
Absolutely! You can relax because your FTP account is personalized, highly secured, and will only be shared between the Photoshop Paths staff and yourself.
Are my photos secure with Photoshop Paths?
We guarantee 100% security for your photos. Our data center is secured with a firewall, and our local PCs have virus protection in place.
Will my images be used for other purposes?
We are professionals, and we do not disclose or share any of the images you order. If you wish, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
What format do you accept for image editing?
We accept the following formats for photo editing: PSD, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, PNG, DMG, and GIF.
How can I get a quotation and when will I receive a reply?
Getting a quotation is easy! Simply use our Free Trial form to provide details about the job you want to place. Send us your images along with instructions, and we will reply as soon as possible.
What is the file size limit for uploading?
While there is a limit for web form uploads via email, you can attach up to 2 images in the Free Trial form, with each file size not exceeding 50 MB. For larger files, we recommend using our FTP system. For Photoshop services, sending good-quality images ensures more accurate paths.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are limited to 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Our customer service, however, is always alert. Feel free to reach out to us!
How long will it take for my job to be finished?
The time required to complete your job depends on its quantity and image complexity. Generally, we take 12-16 hours to complete a job. If additional time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.
How can I send and receive my images?
If you have a small number of images, you can use Wetransfer.com and send them to [email protected]. However, if you have a large volume of images, we recommend using our FTP system or our premium pcloud. For pcloud, You can use these options without the need to sign up or create an account. What if I’m not happy with a completed image?

Do you maintain Quality Control?
Yes, we have a dedicated Quality Control Department (QC Dept) that checks every image for quality before delivering it to you.
Can I have weekly or monthly payments?
Certainly! Many clients send us ongoing projects on a weekly and monthly basis. If you prefer, we can arrange a weekly or monthly payment plan for your convenience.
How do you provide low prices?

How do I pay Photoshop Paths?
Payment is not required before the work is done. Once you receive your completed work and are satisfied with it, we will send you an invoice with all the details. We accept payment through PayPal, Payoneer Master Card, Visa, and Bank Transfers.
